There are lots of tools for learning Esperanto online. If you want to learn it more traditionally, there are dozens of lots of books;
If you learn by yourself don't forget to put the Esperanto you learn into practice with others, otherwise it will take a long time to achieve fluency! Weekly, there are dozens of free chat sessions, presentations, conversation meetups and talks online that welcome you regardless of your level.
