Le tour enfin bref est admis sans réserve par certains ouvrages :
- Enfin bref, il refuse.
Mais il est considéré comme un pléonasme familier par d’autres.
On peut employer bref et enfin seuls pour conclure un énoncé :
- La journée s’annonçait belle, ensoleillée, chaude, enfin idéale pour un pique-nique.
- Je trouvais le chanteur agaçant, endormant et prétentieux; bref, je voulais juste m’en aller.
