Les deux tours s’emploient indifféremment devant un infinitif. Seule l’euphonie peut faire pencher pour l’un plutôt que l’autre.
On dirait par exemple :
- C’est à vous de parler
- C’est à vous à parler
Mais on dirait :
- C’est à vous d’aller la voir. (et non : C’est à vous à aller la voir.)
