Le verbe désaisonnaliser signifie « corriger les statistiques relatives à une période donnée en appliquant un coefficient qui permet de supprimer l’incidence des phénomènes saisonniers ».
Ce verbe s’écrit avec un ou deux n (désaisonnaliser et désaisonaliser), mais la graphie la plus courante demeure celle avec deux n.
On voit aussi les noms désaisonnalisation et dessaisonalisation.
