La construction importance de suivie de l’infinitif n’est pas attestée.
Le nom importance est généralement déterminé par un nom ou un pronom :
- l’importance d’une décision
- l’importance de la lecture chez les jeunes
- ne pas minimiser l’importance d’un incident
- l’importance de leurs actes
La construction importance de suivie de l’infinitif ne semble toutefois pas fautive, étant donné que le tour avec l’adjectif important de peut être suivi d’un infinitif :
- Il est important de bien se relire.
- On ne saurait trop insister sur l’importance de bien se relire.
