Le verbe indiquer n’est pas à proprement parler un verbe « déclaratif » ou un verbe d’opinion. Il est donc préférable de ne pas le faire suivre d’un infinitif :
- Elle dit devoir partir plus tôt que prévu. (et non : elle indique devoir partir)
