L’expression prendre une marche est un calque de to take a walk.
Selon le contexte, on emploie plutôt :
- aller marcher
- (aller) se promener
- faire une longue marche
- faire une petite marche
- faire une promenade
Dans un contexte militaire, on dit faire une marche.
Exemples
- Je suis allée me promener avec ma fille hier.
- Je vais me promener avec mon mari tout à l’heure.
- Nous nous promenons tous les jours à l’heure du dîner.
- Je vais aller faire une promenade, ça va me faire du bien.
- Si je décide d’aller marcher, je t’appellerai.
