Le verbe sandwicher signifie « manger un sandwich, prendre un casse-croûte » :
- Je vais sandwicher avant de partir.
Il veut aussi dire « mettre en sandwich, serrer entre deux choses » :
- Dans l’autobus, j’étais sandwichée entre deux enfants qui babillaient.
Toutefois, ce verbe demeure de niveau familier et est employé surtout en Europe.
